Despues poco a poco aniadimos la harina, hasta que se forme 1 masa como plastelin. De ella se hacen bolitos que pasamos en azucar en glas y semen de 1 flor/no se como se llama en espaniol, pero la teneis. Florece en la primavera y esta roja/. Yo vivo en un sitio que se llama Trakia. La otra parte de TRAKIA es en Grecia, por esto la salsa es una, pero con 2 nombres. Hay muchas maneras de hacer esta salsa. Ella parece mas de un pure, que a salsa, pero es "clasica".&lt;br /&gt;  En Grecia se pone casi en cada 1 restaurante y esta favorita. En Bulgaria se hace cuando hay fiestas.&lt;br /&gt;La salsa sirve para acompaniar platos con pescado en el horno o frito, patatas fritas, patatas hiervidas o en el horno, berenjenas fritas, calabacinos fritos, verduras de cualquer tipo.&lt;br /&gt;  La salsa se hace muy rapido, muy facil y cuasta muy barato. La recomendo. Me voy a poner 2 variantes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;SALSA   TRAKIA&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1/2 de pan mojado con agua&lt;br /&gt;150 g. de nueces&lt;br /&gt;4-5 c.s. vinagre&lt;br /&gt;4-5 dientes de ajo&lt;br /&gt;150 g. aceite de girasol&lt;br /&gt;sal al gusto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Todo esto se batea muy fino hasta mescla homogenica y cremosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;SALSA   SCORDALIA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;8 dientes de ajo&lt;br /&gt;250 g. de pan mojado en agua&lt;br /&gt;120 ml. aceite de oliva&lt;br /&gt;70 ml. vinagre&lt;br /&gt;1 c.t. sal&lt;br /&gt;perejil cortado muy fino /si se decea/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Todo se tiene que batir con mixador/pasator, como el aceite de oliva se aniade poco a poco sin dejar a utilisar el pasator(pienso que se llama pasapure en espaniol) hasta una pure homogenico. Todo esto se mescla y sale 1 ensalada muy buena. Ayer la teniamos por la cena esta ensalada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;En Bulgaria tenemos costumbre a comer ensaladas frescas de verduras todo el anio. Se toman 2 hojas. Encima de la que esta arriba se aplasta poco de la mescla + lokum cortado. Se hace 1 rollo que se pone un 1 forma aceitada/aplastada con aceite/. Lo mismo se hace con todas las hojas hasta que se termina todo. Se hornea en 200'C hasta que se pone roja la banitza. Se deja a enfriar bien y encima se pone el almibar muy caliente de: 2 tazas de azucar y 3 tazas de agua y vanilla. Se hace muy facil y por esto me voy a poner la receta. Quiero notar que las balkavas estan muy dulces por el gusto de los espanioles. No todos las pueden comer. Esto es 1 postre oriental, que esta muy famoso en los paises balcanicos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;BAKLAVA I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 paquete hojaldre muy fino&lt;br /&gt;125 g. de mantequilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;para llenar:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;1 taza de nueces - hechos a polvo&lt;br /&gt;2 c.s. de azucar                                          c.s - cucharadas soperas&lt;br /&gt;1/2 c.t. de canela                                       c.t. - cucharada de te&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;almibar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 taza de azucar&lt;br /&gt;3 tazas de agua&lt;br /&gt;1 vanilla&lt;br /&gt;canela en polvo&lt;br /&gt;la cascara y el zumo de 1 limon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se hace almibar caliente del agua + la azucar/hasta que empiesa hiervir con burbujas/. Se aniaden la vanilla, la canela en polvo, la cascara de limon(solo lo que es amarillo sin el blanco). Cuando se espesa un poco el almibar se quita del fuego, se quita la cascara de limon y se aniade el zumo de 1 limon natural.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;125 g. de mantequilla se tiene que fundir/derretir en el fiego. Cada 1 hoja se plega/plegar a 2 (en la medida a parte pedaza/short)  y  se  engrasa con  mantequilla  caliente.  Se pone relleno  y se  enrolla a 1 rollo  estrecho.&lt;br /&gt;Los rollos que ordenan en una forma, se regan con el resto de mantequilla y si se desea se cortan&lt;br /&gt;Se hornean en 220'C  muy poco tiempo hasta que empiesan ponerse un poco rojas/doradas.&lt;br /&gt;Se quitan del horno y como son &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;muy calientes&lt;/span&gt; se regan con el almibar &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;frio. &lt;/span&gt;Se deja en la nevera&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; por 24 horas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;!!! se aplasta mayonesa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;parte 3:&lt;/span&gt; sebollino&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;parte 4:&lt;/span&gt; mayonesa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;parte 5: &lt;/span&gt;pescado o chorizo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;parte 6:&lt;/span&gt; huevos hervidos rallados&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;parte 7: &lt;/span&gt;mayonesa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;parte 8:&lt;/span&gt; La otra mayonesa se pinta con curry, o mostaza o mejorana o algo otro. Con 1 shpriz se hacen cuadratitos o rombitos. style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Pita salada con jamon roso y queso blanco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;20 g. de levadura fresca + 1 c.t. azucar                      c.t.= cucharada para te&lt;br /&gt;500 ml leche                                                                   c.s.= cucharada sopera&lt;br /&gt;1 huevo&lt;br /&gt;2-3 c.s. mantequilla /que esta liquida y un poco calor/&lt;br /&gt;1 c.s de sal&lt;br /&gt;1 kg. de harina - mas o menos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De esto se hace la masa, que se deja a pringar. Despues con 1 rodillo de cocina de la masa se hace 1 circulo redondo, del circulo se cortan  triangulos(de manera como se corta 1 tarta). En cada 1 triangulo se pone troso de queso amarillo y trositos de jamon roso cortado a trosos pequenios. De cadas  triangulos se formen  croisantes/croasantes/ que se ponen en 1 forma aplastada con aceite. Se puede hacer en un Thermomix.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Ingreduentes por 2 pitas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 dosis de la masa dulce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;3 c.s. mantequilla fundida&lt;br /&gt;3 c.s. de miel&lt;br /&gt;2/3 taza de nueses troseadas&lt;br /&gt;1/3 taza de azucar&lt;br /&gt;1 c.t. de canela&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Glazura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 taza azucar al polvo&lt;br /&gt;5 c.t. de leche&lt;br /&gt;1/2 c.t. de vanilla liquida&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Preparacion:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Teneis que preparar la masa dulce y dejarla a prigar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Prepara mescla de mantequilla y miel.&lt;br /&gt;Prepara otra mescla de azucar, nueses y canela.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Teneis que utilizar 2 formas aplastadas con aceite y con tamanio mas grande que 25 cm.&lt;br /&gt;La masa se separa a 2 partes iguales, y cada una se separa de nuevo a 2. Con un rodillo en un plot harinado se hace circulo con tamanio 22 cm., que se pone en la forma. Encima de circulo se aplasta la media de la mescla de la mantequilla y miel. Arriba se pone la media de la mescla de nueses, canala + azucar. Arriba se pone otro circulo con d=22 cm. Los finales de los circulos se precion/presan para que se pegan. En el centro se pone 1 taza o forma con d=4 cm. La masa se corta a 12 segmentas como se empiesa del final a circulo hasta el centro donde esta la forma con d=4 cm. Cada segmenta se levanta despacio y se vuelve 2 veses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lo mismo se hace y con la otra forma. Se hornea en el horno precalentado en 175'C 20-25 min. Cuando ya esta listo se quita de la forma imadamente y se deja a enfriar 30 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La glazura se mescla con mixador y se aplasta en la pita. Este mez me voy a publicar solo recetas por hacer &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;pitas&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;PITA&lt;/span&gt; es un tipo de pan bulgaro que se hace cuando hay celebraciones de algo. Eso es como un pan ritual. Se hace cuando alguen se casa, cuando tienes ninio, por Navidad, Pascua, en las fiestas, en los dias de los Santos y etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt; Tenemos un costumbre viejo, cuando vienen invitados que no te has visto hace mucho tiempo pones en la mesa &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;PITA con sal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;  Cuando se casen, la sugra/la madre del  marido/ pone en las bocas de su nuera y su hijo trosos de &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;PITA con MIEL. &lt;/span&gt;             &lt;br /&gt; &lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Cuando tienes bebe y le dan un nombre en  la iglecia, a los invitados se dan trosos de pita con miel.&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Cuando tu hijo empiesa andar solo sin ayuda se hace &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;PITA con QUESO BLANCO&lt;/span&gt;/un tipo de queso que tenemos aqui en Los Balcanes, parece un poco de FETA/. En una mesa se ponen cosas diferentes y el primero que toca con la mano el hijo, es su suerte. Se hace muy facil, los ninios tambien pueden hacerla. Esta muy original y ademas - sana. Se mescla el yogur natural con azucar al gusto. Aqui el yogur natural se vende a 400g. La tarta se ordena a niveles de esta manera:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.  Se ordenan las galletas en el fondo de la forma&lt;br /&gt;2.  Se pone de la mescla (yogur natural + azucar)&lt;br /&gt;3.  Se ponen trosos de frutas&lt;br /&gt;4.  Se pone parte del Miusli y de pasas&lt;br /&gt;5.  Se pone mas de la mescla (yogur natural + azucar)&lt;br /&gt;6. La mia es 22x28 cm. Se tiene que hornear en 180-200'C.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cuando lo quitais del horno todavia caliente, por encima se pone la miel y el coco . Esta una comida que se hace muy rapido y cuando no teneis bastante tiempo podeis hacerla. Ademas esta muy atractiva. A mi personalmente me gusta mucho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;CORAZONES  de  SALCHICHAS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;4 salchichas&lt;br /&gt;4 huevos&lt;br /&gt;150 g. de queso blanco&lt;br /&gt;pimiento horneado/solo si se quiere/&lt;br /&gt;sal, aceite, hierbas al gusto si se quiere&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En una forma para hornear se pone aceite en el fondo. Se cortan las salchichas en su parte larga y se para de cortar en 1.5 cm. antes de su funal. Se hase un corazon como en la foto con ayuda de 1 palillo . Se ponen los corazones en la forma. En cada uno se pone 1 pimiento horneado y un troso de queso. Se saltean al gusto y se ponen en el horno por 10 min. Se hace muy rapido - solo por 30 min. Ojala que os gusta tambien. Solo quiero decir que en Bulgaria comemos con mucho azucar, asi que podeis poner menos en las recetas que pongo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;CAPRICHO  DE  MANZANAS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;1 kg. de manzanas&lt;br /&gt;2 tazas de azucar /1 taza=250g./&lt;br /&gt;400 g. Nata de Central Asturiana - Asturiana nata slim para cocinar/ de la que no esta liquida y parece como concistencia de yogur natural/&lt;br /&gt;2 paquetes galletas para te/de Mercadona-redondas, de mantequilla, que se rompen muy facil/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Las manzanas se pelan y se cortan a cubitos pequenios. Se ponen en el fuego junto con la azucar y 1 y 1/2 tazas de agua por 20 min. hasta que se ponen transparentes. Se quitan del fuego y se aniade la nata. Se mescla bien. En el fondo de una forma para tarta se ordena 1 paquete de galletas, se pone la media de la mescla, despues el otro paquete de galletas, despues la otra media de la mescla/hasta que esta todavia caliente/. Se deja varias horas en el frigorifico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Es buenisimoooo....lo recomendo! Se deja a pringar/aumentar la masa/ por 30-40 min. y despues se pone en el horno en 180'C por 20 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No se si se puede llenar con algo. Personalmente yo nunca lo he hecho llenado.
